About Stronghold Precincts Property Fund

Stronghold Precincts Property Fund (“SPPF”) is a multi-asset open-ended wholesale fund which invests in direct property (real property), indirect property (unlisted property trusts which invest in real property) and liquid investments (ASX listed A-REITs and cash deposits).
At its inception in 2019 the objective of SPPF was to provide investors with a sustainable monthly income stream, and capital growth, from a diversified portfolio of properties located in business precincts within South East Queensland.
Since inception SPPF has successfully delivered on these objectives by:
  • assembling a portfolio of 7 assets across 4 precincts;
  • maintaining an occupancy of 100%; and
  • delivering monthly distributions.
