The main club building comprises reception, administration offices, café, conference centre, Members’ lounge, gaming lounge (in excess of 200 gaming machines), bistro, Chinese restaurant, sports bar and bottle shop on the ground floor and a large auditorium on the first floor.

The 8.1-hectare site is located at the southern gateway to the city of Bundaberg within a recognised retail and bulky goods shopping precinct.
