lndBruce Anderson
Bruce is a highly experienced CPA and brings over 32 years commercial finance experience to Stronghold. He has spent the last 22 years in the property and funds management industry holding senior roles as Responsible Officer, Compliance Officer and Conflicts Officer.

Bruce is currently the CFO for the Graystone Group, and as Director and Company Secretary is responsible for financial reporting and company compliance for Stronghold. Bruce has gained a wealth of experience in financing and accounting for projects throughout the property lifecycle, from due diligence, feasibility assessment, construction and development of assets, through to long term ownership structures and property management.
Bruce holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from the Queensland University of Technology, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from Finsia.
lndKirsty Heymink
Kirsty has over 15 years experience across the property industry specialising in asset management, development and leasing. Most recently, Kirsty has enhanced this experience as the director of Milestone Property Management, an entity established under her management which now boasts an impressive portfolio of over 45 properties and 190 tenants.

In this role Kirsty has negotiated in excess of $750m in lease contracts, re-positioned commercial properties to deliver value improvements and prides herself on the relationships she maintains with owners and tenants alike. Kirsty understands the value drivers within a property portfolio and is focused on providing property and asset management solutions to maximise cash flow and ultimately asset value.
Cindy Anderson
Cindy has over 20 years experience in the property industry and has held roles as a Valuer, portfolio manager and operational business advisor. Cindy joined Stronghold in 2019 and her role is to manage the Investor Registry which includes reviewing investor applications and issuing units, distributions, statements and providing secure access to the online investor portal.

Prior to joining Stronghold, Cindy worked in senior roles in Victoria and New South Wales at Colliers, Jones Lang LaSalle, Ernst & Young and KPMG and more recently as portfolio manager at The University of Queensland and special projects officer at Graystone, always with a focus on providing improvement advice to clients on their real estate management business practises and systems.
lndThais Ruiz
Thais has more than 15 year’s experience in Risk and Compliance within Australia and Brazil. Thais’s experience includes key roles in Risk Management and maintaining the regulatory and investment risk compliance framework.

Prior to joining Stronghold Investment, she held the Risk Advisor position at Brighter Super, assisting in the Risk framework review prior to the merger and implementation of regulatory changes.
For over 13 years Thais also held key roles in Audit, Risk and Compliance teams in the Bank BNP Paribas in Australia and Brazil subsidiaries dealing directly with Capital markets and Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Custodian services and Insurance business lines.
lndRick Li
Rick has over 15 years of leadership experience running finance and operations teams across a diverse range of industries including construction, asset management, financial services, property development, and agriculture.

Prior to joining Graystone, Rick has held senior finance roles with Quanta Asset Management, Sentinel Property Group, Stockland, UPL, AMP Capital and McNab Construction, where Rick was responsible for overseeing the financial reporting along with ensuring the integrity of the financial system and acting as AFSL responsible manager.
Rick holds a B.Com Double Major in Finance and Accounting, and is a member of CPA Australia.
lndJazmyn Walkin
Jazmyn has over 10 years experience in the property industry and has provided analytical support for significant capital market transactions.
