Governance

Stronghold is committed to maintaining an ethical and transparent operating environment and ensuring our investment decisions meet fund objectives. We have a comprehensive suite of policies across the group and specific to Stronghold that facilitates this commitment.

To further enhance the governance of SPPF the Board has established two committees:

  • Investment Committee
  • Compliance Committee

Investment Committee Charter

The Investment Committee oversees the investment activities of the Fund. It reviews and makes recommendations to the Board on matters including investment policies, investment performance, acquisitions, disposals, allocations and the appointment of external investment advisors and asset managers. The Committee members represent a wealth of experience and expertise, spanning over 100 years combined, across the property and funds management industries.

Compliance Committee Charter

Our Compliance Committee is composed by at least two external members consultants with high skills and experience verified. These periodical meetings aim to monitor the responsible entity in face of applicable regulations. The Compliance Committee members have the responsibility to report any breach or misconduct which they become aware or suspects. As an independent structure, the Compliance Committee may also report to Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) at any time if the entity does not propose to take appropriate action to deal with a matter which implicates its regulatory obligations or may cause any harm to their investors.
