Headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland, Stronghold is part of The Graystone Group, a fully integrated suite of complimentary property businesses, with expertise in funds management, development, construction and property management.

From humble beginnings in 1981, Graystone has evolved into the specialised builder, owner and operator it is today, one best known for bringing prominent business and technology precinct projects to South-East Queensland.

In 2013, Stronghold was created to better harness the IP being generated by Graystone’s Build-Own-Operate activities, leveraging the relationship to plan and execute targeted investment strategies.

Our intent has always been to present wholesale investors with the opportunity to align with group directors, employees, friends and families in support of our fund products, as they work tirelessly to scale a legacy network of landmark business parks and other commercial property interests.

Since its inception a decade ago, Stronghold has launched 15 investment vehicles and currently has over $280 million in assets under management. Stronghold’s investment strategies, Identification, Acquisition, Management and Enhancement – look to add value at each stage of the investment life cycle.

Stronghold’s Precincts Property Fund has been awarded a Recommended rating by Core Property, indicating an above-average grade profile across several parameters, including asset and management quality, fees, and governance. The Precincts Property Fund’s existing portfolio is projected to deliver an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of between 8.0% and 9.5% p.a. over five years. Returns are not guaranteed.
